    • Information containing false, harmful, coercive, infringing on the privacy of others, harassing, abusing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or other content that violates public order and good customs;
    • Information containing content prohibited or restricted by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, and other normative documents with legal effect;
  • Using network service systems for any illegal purposes;
  • Do not use this service to engage in the following activities:
    • Unauthorized access to computer information networks or use of computer information network resources;
    • Delete, modify, or add computer information network functions without permission;
    • Delete, modify, or add data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
    • Intentionally creating and disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
    • Other activities that pose a threat to computer information network security.

You fully understand that as a network storage space service provider, this service provider has no obligation to review the copyright of the content uploaded by users themselves. If the above-mentioned third party claims rights, the service provider will verify such claims, and you have the obligation to cooperate in providing any ownership proof documents such as creation proof and authorization proof. If you are unable to provide the corresponding proof materials, the service provider will delete the relevant content in accordance with the relevant rules of this agreement. Any third-party claims arising from the content you post violating this agreement shall be solely the responsibility of you.

If you violate this agreement or related service terms, resulting in any third-party claims, demands, or losses (including reasonable attorney fees), you agree to compensate us and hold us harmless from such claims, demands, or losses. In this regard, we have the right to take corresponding measures based on the nature of your behavior, including but not limited to deleting the information content you have posted, suspending the use license, terminating the service, restricting the use, revoking your account, and holding you legally responsible. We have the right to revoke accounts registered maliciously or used for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, and other violations of this agreement. At the same time, we will cooperate with the investigation work according to the requirements of the judicial authorities.

You are not allowed to copy, duplicate, sell, or resell any part of this service, nor to use or access this service for any other commercial purposes.

You shall bear legal responsibility for your actions during the use of this service. The forms of legal liability you undertake include but are not limited to: compensating the victim for their losses; After assuming administrative penalties or liability for infringement compensation due to your actions, please provide us with an equivalent amount of compensation.
